Pricing Models

DavisDesigns provides clients with the flexibility of choosing between two web design pricing structures.

Fixed

Fixed price is one single price for your web design project. Your fixed price is provided to you as a quote. A work list is also provided including the project requirements and the time needed to complete the job.

Hourly

Hourly pricing is mainly for ongoing projects with no actual completion date. These can be much larger projects that require regular updates, additions and maintenance. We begin with a minimum set of costs and time and track the project status on a regular schedule.

In some cases a retainer will be set-up to keep the project running smoothly.

Minimum Pricing

Any web design projects without a written quote will be charged based on a minimum time frame and regularly billed until completion.

A minimum fee will apply to any work considered additional to any current or completed projects (including changes and adjustments) and is not part of any pre-arranged pricing structure or maintenance schedule.
